For the past two years, Court Street Productions' co-founder Joe Atkinson was proud to take part in the work of other talented filmmakers from the Southern Indiana area. From Marx Pyle's Internet television program Reality on Demand, a sci-fi Web series from Alien Jungle Bug Productions to this year's The Collective: Volume 4 shorts Happy Hooker Bang Bang and Bloody Hooker Bang Bang, Atkinson has had the opportunity to act in and help produce some of the area's most exciting films.
Above, check out the teaser for Cinephreak Pictures' Three Tears on Bloodstained Flesh (right), a horror film written, directed and produced by Jakob Bilinski. The film tells the story of a man with a sordid past, who returns to the town he's long since abandoned to bury his niece. Convinced her death wasn't accidental, he begins probing about the town... Only to discover the dark secrets it keeps hidden from those on the outside.
Behind the scenes, Atkinson served as associate producer, with the opportunity to work alongside Bilinski and fellow associate producers Marx H. Pyle and P.J. Starks. And in the role of Deputy Luke Worthington, he had the opportunity to work alongside some of the area's most talented performers, including Bill Gobin, Jim Dougherty, Jim O'Rear, Mark Nash, and Aric Dylan.
